Corporate Sales Executive (IT Solutions)

 

About the Role : 

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with our technical team to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy both sales and technology, with opportunities to gain hands-on exposure to network infrastructure projects while earning attractive commissions.
 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Manage project delivery from order confirmation to shipment, installation, and handover
  • Understand client requirements and formulate solutions with the help of the technical team
  • Work with the solution/technical team on proposals, tenders, presentations, and negotiations
  • Maintain strong corporate relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
 

Technical Involvement (Added Advantage) : 

  • Participate in network infrastructure project studies and design
  • Assist in project delivery, installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Prepare pre- and post-project documentation
  • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting when necessary
  • Share IT network knowledge with non-technical colleagues
 

Requirements : 

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Sales experience in IT solutions, networking, or related field is an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Interest or experience in IT/network infrastructure is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
