Corporate Sales Executive (IT Solutions)

About the Role : 

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Manage project delivery from order confirmation to shipment, installation, and handover
• Understand client requirements and formulate solutions with the help of the technical team
• Work with the solution/technical team on proposals, tenders, presentations, and negotiations
• Maintain strong corporate relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams

Technical Involvement (Added Advantage) : 

• Participate in network infrastructure project studies and design
• Assist in project delivery, installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Prepare pre- and post-project documentation
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting when necessary
• Share IT network knowledge with non-technical colleagues

Requirements : 

• Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Sales experience in IT solutions, networking, or related field is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Interest or experience in IT/network infrastructure is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

IT Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities : 

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines and resource allocation
• Identify and secure resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clear communication of goals and deadlines
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare contingency plans for potential issues
• Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes)
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team members
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications), or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT project management or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage

Network Engineer / Senior Network Engineer 

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in network infrastructure project tasks, including design, planning, and implementation.
• Configure, install, and test LAN, WAN, wireless, and security devices.
• Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
• Monitor, fine-tune, and optimize network performance to meet SLAs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate pre- and post-project documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to non-technical team members.

Requirements :

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT network support or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (OSI layers, TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, wireless).
• Knowledge of IT security (firewalls, endpoint security, UTM, policies).
• Hands-on experience with network configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics.
• Ability to read and prepare network diagrams and documentation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, or higher are an advantage.
• Project management experience or involvement in IT projects is a plus.
• Self-motivated, process-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

System Engineer / Sr System Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure (physical & virtual), storage, and network systems
• Configure and deploy operating systems, applications, and services following best practices
• Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and expansions
• Provide Level-2/3 technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring SLA compliance
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and project teams to deliver solutions on time
• Prepare and maintain pre/post-project documentation
• Participate in project meetings, requirement studies, and deployment planning

Requirements : 

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in systems administration or infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, VMware, or Hyper-V
• Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (advantage)
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset
