About the Role
A Network Engineer will be responsible for the implementation and support of IT network infrastructure projects for clients. This role requires active participation in project meetings, technical requirement analysis, planning, deployment, and troubleshooting.
The position also involves providing Level 2/3 technical support, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the performance and reliability of network systems, while working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams. |

Education and Experience Requirement :
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT network support or infrastructure roles.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., OSI layers, TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, wireless).
- Knowledge of IT security, including firewalls, endpoint security, policies, and Unified Threat Management (UTM).
- Ability to interpret and produce network diagrams and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with network configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics.
- Proficient in English communication, with strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies through research, training, and self-directed practice
- Certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, or higher will be an advantage.
- Project management experience or prior involvement in IT projects will be advantageous.
- Results-oriented, process-driven, and disciplined in executing standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in assigned technical tasks related to network infrastructure projects.
- Contribute to project studies, including design and planning of network systems.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Execute project delivery, including installation, configuration, and testing of network infrastructure.
- Prepare and maintain accurate pre- and post-project documentation.
- Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for technical resolution and issue escalation.
- Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to ensure SLA commitments are achieved.
- Perform ongoing monitoring, fine-tuning, and optimization of network performance.
- Act as an advisor and provide technical guidance or training to non-technical team members.
