Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines and resource allocation
- Identify and secure resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clear communication of goals and deadlines
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare contingency plans for potential issues
- Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes)
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team members
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications), or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT project management or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
