Network Engineer / Senior Network Engineer 
We are seeking a dedicated Network Engineer / Senior Network Engineer to join our team. This role involves the design, implementation, and support of IT network infrastructure projects for our clients. You will actively participate in project meetings, technical analysis, planning, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. 

The ideal candidate is a strong team player, results-oriented, and passionate about learning new technologies while delivering high-quality solutions. 
 

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. 
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT network support or infrastructure. 
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (OSI layers, TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, wireless). 
  • Knowledge of IT security (firewalls, endpoint security, UTM, policies). 
  • Hands-on experience with network configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics. 
  • Ability to read and prepare network diagrams and documentation. 
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. 
  • Certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, or higher are an advantage. 
  • Project management experience or involvement in IT projects is a plus. 
  • Self-motivated, process-driven, and able to work independently or in a team. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in network infrastructure project tasks, including design, planning, and implementation. 
  • Configure, install, and test LAN, WAN, wireless, and security devices. 
  • Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting, and escalation management. 
  • Monitor, fine-tune, and optimize network performance to meet SLAs. 
  • Prepare and maintain accurate pre- and post-project documentation. 
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Provide technical guidance and support to non-technical team members. 
 

Working Hour:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:45pm
