System Engineer / Sr System Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled System Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure for our customers. You will work closely with IT end users, project teams, and technology partners to ensure that suitable systems are being deployed, run efficiently, securely, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure (physical & virtual), storage, and network systems
  • Configure and deploy operating systems, applications, and services following best practices
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and expansions
  • Provide Level-2/3 technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and project teams to deliver solutions on time
  • Prepare and maintain pre/post-project documentation
  • Participate in project meetings, requirement studies, and deployment planning
 

Requirements : 

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in systems administration or infrastructure management
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, VMware, or Hyper-V
  • Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (advantage)
  • Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset
